Sean “Diddy” Combs was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2022 BET Awards. The award was presented to Diddy by Babyface and Kanye West, who shared their memories of Puff. When Diddy hit the stage, he performed along with musicians he produced and collaborated with over the years. Mary J. Blige, Lil Kim, The Lox, Busta Rhymes, Shyne, and Jodeci all performed along with Diddy who gave the crowd his biggest hits and a tribute to his girlfriend and mother of his children, Kim Porter, and Notorious B.I.G. Diddy ended with his new song, “Gotta Move On,” featuring Bryson Tiller. Diddy gave a passionate speech after his performance and promised a donation of $1 million to his alma mater, Howard University, and Deion Sanders’ school, JacksonState, where he coaches football.
