Drake's attorneys have filed a motion to have his name removed from the Astroworld lawsuits, arguing that he was not involved in the planning of the event and was only performing at the time of the tragedy. The motion states that Drake did not receive any security briefings or information about crowd control issues during his performance. Travis Scott, who faced a lengthy deposition related to the event, has been cleared of any criminal charges by a grand jury. Scott's spokesperson emphasized his cooperation with the legal process and commitment to his music career and charitable efforts.
