French Montana is being sued by Los Angeles landscaper Jason Leyva for $2.3 million. He claims Montana's Tibetan Mountain Dog attacked him in 2019, injuring him badly. Montana did not react to Leyva's case, forcing court intervention. "When I entered, the dog mauled and bit me without warning or provocation, tearing at my shoulder and hip and injuring my lumbar spine and requiring stitches," claimed Leyva. The statement also indicated that Leyva was in "continuous, intractable pain when bending, standing or sitting for lengthy periods of time." He adds that Montana should have recognized the dog's "vicious disposition." Montana has been sued twice over his dog. A dog attacked his cleaner in 2022, costing him $129,500.
