Angela Simmons has been ordered to pay a default judgment of over $48,000 after her former landlord accused her of leaving her New Jersey penthouse without paying the rent. TMZ acquired the documents from a courthouse in New Jersey on Friday, (October 20). Per the outlet, Rev. Run's daughter secured a penthouse in the upscale Pembroke at Fort Lee, where monthly rents can reach upwards of $7000. According to reports, Simmons started renting there in October 2019 but began to fall behind on her rent payments in late 2020. A judge has ordered Simmons to pay the full amount by Friday, (October 20). A default judgment was entered due to Simmons' failure to respond to the court documents. The final judgment encompasses unpaid rent, fees, costs, and repairs to the property. Well dang...I guess I will be quiet about my little problems.
