Back in 2016, Florida Rapper Kodak Black was accused of sexual assault after a then high school student alleges he raped her in a hotel room after his performance in South Carolina. She claims Kodak Black forced her to have sex despite her telling him "no" and "stop". Five years later, Kodak has pleaded guilty to his sexual assault charges. As a result, he was given a 10-year suspended prison sentence and was placed on 18 months of probation. He will not have to wear an ankle monitor, but he must let his probation officer know where he goes and where he lives. He wrote on Twitter, "5 yrs later ... both us just wanted to get this s*** over wit AND I ain't have to come off no money. Ain't gotta register as a sex offender or nun , s*** that's a play if you ask me lol y'all got me f***** up I ain't dat freaky homie." I just hope Kodak Black stays out of trouble and make more great music!
