Since the release of Former President Barack Obama's new book "The Promise Land", he has appeared in the media a lot more. This morning, The Breakfast Club had the opportunity to interview the former president not only about his new book, but also his time in office. DJ Envy posed the question "What did Barack do for black people?" in classy fashion Barack replied, "I have statistics to prove, by the time I left office you had seen 3 million American have healthcare, incrassation rate drop, 30% of the juvenile incarceration drop, black poverty drop. You have seen black income go up, and black businesses thrive." I watched the whole hour long interview and it was very interesting to see Barack in a brand new element. In another interview with Speedy Mormon for Complex News, he was asked, "Would you give Drake the 'okay' to play you in a biopic?" Barack responded, "Drake more importantly has my household's stamp of approval." It's great to see Barack in a whole new light after his presidency. Checkout the whole interview down below.
