Over the weekend, Tyler Perry hosted a grand opening for his new "Tyler Perry Studio" location and it was star-studded. Everyone was there Oprah Winfrey, Cecily Tyson, Taraji P. Henson, Jill Scott, Whoopi Goldberg, Keshia Knight Pulliam, Spike Lee, Ava DuVernay, Halle Berry, Jay Z and even Beyoncé. Tyler Perry created the "Tyler Perry Studio" in Georgia before Atlanta was known for being a place for black creatives aka "Black Hollywood". Now Tyler is able to purchase more land for future projects that once belonged to Confederate soldiers. It's amazing to see all the black celebrities come out and show support to another black creator. Checkout some of the pictures above.
