The whole the U.S is on high alert. After the two mass shootings over the weekend, it seems to have left some fear in our everyday lives. The first shooting took place in El Paso,Texas at a Walmart on Saturday, August 3, 2019. The suspect in this shooting is Patrick Crusius. He left 22 dead. The second shooting happened on Sunday, August 4, 2019 in Dayton, Ohio. The shooter Conner Betts shot and killed 9 people. After both mass shootings the death total was 31. The shootings left Americans in a lot of fear. Last night hundreds of people in New York's Times Square ran for their lives after mistaking a motorcycle backfire for a gunshot smh. My prayers go out to all the families who were affected by the shootings.
