Okay Hold UP my producer @jvst_bri says this is a drag queen or a woman dressed up like Beyonce, basically she thinks it's a impersonator, but I think it's Beyonce in the flesh. I Think she was riding pass in a blacked out truck and happened to see a talent show and decide to give them a show. She's performing all her songs and dancing on beat. Wow, I am convinced. There is a lot of celebrities look-a-likes out there, but THIS AIN'T ONE. I think @jvst_bri need glasses.
