After the success of "Act Up" and "Twerk" the heads of JT's label "Quality Control" has tried nonstop at getting her an early release from prison. Recently, JT and her attorney requested for early release due to good behavior as well as her new found fame. The judge in her case denied the request because he wanted the Bureau of Prisons to make the final decision in this case. So, for right now JT will remain in prison for the next eight months.
