This walking catastrophe above is John Davidson, a well known campaigner for Tourette’s. Tourette’s is a neurological disorder that causes those who have it to make involuntary moments, sounds or words. Unbeknownst why, a rare symptom that a very small margin of people who suffer from it experience is uncontrollable use of offensive and inappropriate words or phrases. This is known as coprolalia.

So BOOM…Michael B. Jordan and Delroy Lindo grace the Bafta stage to present an award, looking like two full glasses of Cabernet. Poise, sophistication and immense talent, staring at us ready to lead the show, when all of a sudden, our friend John, decides to yell out the “n” word. (Silence) IKYDL 🫩. The manner that they maintained in that moment was admirable. After a slight pause, they continued as if that didn’t just trigger every bit of racism they’ve ever encountered.

It’s not clear whether the heckler will receive any repercussions because of the incident. Neither Michael or Delroy have addressed what occurred that night.

Friends, how would yall have handled this if it was you? 👀
