Milwaukee’s famous free concert giver, is yet again, going viral! Last Summer, he went viral for putting on one of his infamous free concerts and was randomly joined by none other than, Ludacris. It was super dope! But as of this last week, he apparently ended up on tour, giving dance instructions to some of our favs. Two of them being, Jess Hilarious and Kai Cenat. This was so hilarious, motivating and in awe to watch. Keep pushing, Steve!!!
