Tyler, the Creator took a shot at Elon Musk while performing the same song he once used to praise the Tesla founder.

During his headlining set at Austin City Limits Festival on Sunday night, October 6, Tyler performed a handful of fan favorites including his 2017 song "911 / Mr. Lonely." In his original opening verse, he raps, "Can't see straight, these shades are Céline Dion/Sucks you can't gas me up, shout out to Elon." Tyler stunned fans when he flipped his lyrics and dissed the billionaire X owner in his home state.

"Sucks you can't gas me up, man f**k Elon," he said into the mic.

Tyler used to be a huge fan of Elon Musk's work with Tesla and other ventures. In 2016, the "EARFQUAKE" rapper expressed his gratitude to Musk for impacting society with his electric cars.

"@elonmusk I LOVE YOU THANK YOU FOR CHANGING THE WORLD AND MAKING THE EVIL OIL MEN WHO RUN THE WORLD HATE YOU," Tyler tweeted. "I HOPE YOU HAVE A GOOD DAY AND ANY IDEAS YOU HAVE AND STUFF GO FOR THEM NO MATTER WHAT N***AS SAY SHOUT OUT ELON MUSK."

Tyler isn't the only artist who's dissed Elon recently. Azealia Banks recently called out Musk over his connection to Sean "Diddy" Combs. Prior to that, Plies put the SpaceX CEO on blast and alleged that he bought Twitter in 2022 to influence upcoming elections. He also predicted that Musk would shut the social media platform down if Trump doesn't win.

“I Can See Elon Shutting Down Twitter When Trump Continues To Fall Behind In The Polls,” Plies wrote in a post on X. “He Brought Twitter To Influence The Election. An Before He Accepts A Trump Loss I Believe He’ll Shut It All Down!!!!!”
