Start the countdown… It’s almost time to kick 2020 to the curb and ring in 2021!

Although New Year’s Eve typically marks all-out parties and festive gatherings, the COVID-19 pandemic will call for socially-distant celebrations in lieu of traditional go-to ideas.

Still, there are plenty of ways to ring in the New Year pandemic-style, and WalletHub ranked the best cities for it.

The personal finance site released its study Wednesday (December 9), comparing the 100 biggest cities in the U.S. on 15 “key indicators of an enjoyable New Year’s celebration.” That includes safety, COVID-19 cases, food delivery options, costs and others, according to WalletHub.
