Before Cardi B's days of making money moves, she was just a regular shmegular girl from the Bronx who loved herself some Lady Gaga.

In honor of the #10YearChallenge — which has swept the Internet this week, filling timelines everwhere with side-by-side comparisons of individuals from 2009 vs. 2019 — the "Money" rapper shared a throwback video of herself performing one GaGa's classic hits "Bad Romance," during her high school talent show.  "😩😩Ten year challenge 😩I was still in Highschool," Cardi captioned the Instagram video that featured her not only singing her heart out to the song, but also dancing Gaga's exact "Bad Romance" choreography. With backup dancers in tow, Cardi owned the stage, giving the audience a performance Lady Gaga would surely be proud of, while wearing what appeared to be an orange catsuit. (Cardi's clearly always been quite the performer.)

The 26-year-old rapper has come a long way from her high school talent show days. Most recently, Cardi became the most-nominated artist at the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards. Of her 13 nominations for the upcoming award show, Cardi is nominated for Female Artist of the Year, Best Collaboration, Hip-Hop Song of the Year, Hip-Hop Artist of The Year, R&B Song of the Year, and that's just the half of it.

After concluding a highly-successful 2018 — she released her debut studio album, which went double platinum, she performed at Coachella, continued to own the Billboard charts, and so much more — Cardi is preparing for even more success in 2019. Earlier this month, she revealed she hopes to release her sophomore album in the first half of the New Year. "Of course, it's going to be an album in 2019. Hopefully, I can get my album done around the same time that Invasion of Privacy (which dropped April 5) came out," she told her fans. "I don't know how possible that's going to be because I feel like I'm going to be extremely, extremely busy."
