Stupid is as stupid does. A Baltimore man tried to pass his driver's test while driving a car that contained a pound of weed, a gun, a scale and $15 K in Cash!!! Like what and why?? Turns out that the vehicle he was attempting to take the test in was his mother's car so e gotta deal with the Police and her! Yikes.
