Rihanna is putting her Century City, California penthouse on the market. Located on the 40th floor, Ri-Ri wants $25 million for the 9,300-square-foot pad. About a year ago, she bought the penthouse from Afterpay co-founder Nick Molnar a year ago for $21 million. Friends star the late Matthew Perry, lived in the home before that. According to the Robb Report, after purchasing the penthouse, Rihanna never moved in. She does own a smaller unit in the same building. Imagine having so much money that you buy a multi million dollar home and never move in lol.
