Sheesh now let's back up for a second how in the world can a husband sue his wife's lover and receive compensation? Well if you are in one of these 6 states Texas, Utah, Hawaii, S Dakota, Mississippi or N Carolina and can prove to a judge that you had a happy marriage until it was destroyed by wrongful or malicious acts of the lover. I'm still trying to figure out what her loving did for a living cause coming off on 8 Mil ain't no chump change! We ask know cheating is wrong but in this case it turned out to be expensive.
