Soulja Boy and his camp feel he was wrongfully arrested for a loaded gun found in his vehicle and the cops violated his rights, according to his manager.
Last week, Soulja was sitting in the passengers seat and rapper Arab was driving his car when they were pulled over for running a stop sign in Granada Hills, California. Cops searched the car and found a loaded gun and Soulja Boy was arrested.
According to TMZ, Soulja's manager says that he never admitted to owning the weapon -- only the car, and claims that a neighbor left the gun under the car seat and Soulja had no idea it was there. On top of that, Soulja feels his rights were violated since cops had no probable cause. But according to law officials, the gun was in plain sight and no search warrant was need
