Chris Brown's latest bid for freedom has been denied, so he must stay behind bars until June.
Brown's trial for assault in Washington D.C. was supposed to start today (Wednesday), but it's been postponed until June. When the judge was asked if the R&B singer could be released, the request was denied.
TMZ reports that Brown will be flown back to Los Angles where he'll more than likely stay behind bars until it's time for him to return to D.C. for trial in June.
If Brown is convicted in the D.C. trial for assaulting a fan, the judge in the Rihannaassault case could sentence Brown to four years in prison for a probation violation.
TeeRoy's 2 Cents:
- It must really suck for Chris now that he has to give up that luxury D.C. jail for L.A. jail.
- We hope he's learned his lesson.
